OVERVIEW
I led the design of Oracle’s Benefits Administration Workspace, bringing insights, analytics, and corrective actions into one experience. Much of the work involved making sense of complex benefits workflows, identifying the information administrators needed to act, and partnering with product management and engineering to define what we could build and ship. While project details remain confidential, Oracle’s public announcement provides context for the technology and launch.
